Thousands of children are abandoned annually across the shore of Africa, Asia, America and Europe. While many reasons are religious-incited, many child abandonments are due to the poor financial status of the parents. Many of these kids are victims of malnutrition and various medical conditions. However, owing to ignorance, these children are being tagged witches and subjected to hardship and extreme weather condition.Children are, quite simply, the most vulnerable members of society, especially in times of crisis. Worse than this are children from impoverished families. This is why programs such as this exist: to help cater for these especially vulnerable members of society. If you opt to sponsor a child(ren), the money you donate will be used to provide vulnerable children access to healthcare, feeding, and quality education, among other things.
