Not at all, all GHO services are 100% free of charge and are only available to less privileged communities worldwide. GHO is a nonprofit making organization.

GHO is precisely available to other nonprofit, non-governmental organizations conducting humanitarian operations.

Yes, GHO is available to all humanitarian organizations, local or international. We welcome and encourage national NGOs to join as we have special services such as training specifically tailored to your needs.

Yes, anyone with a heart to serve can join GHO. We also reserve specialized training and orientation programs for voluntary persons who wish to join our organization.

GHO only establishes humanitarian platforms at the request of the NGOs operating in the country.

We primarily work in areas that are dire need of help. This includes areas that were destroyed by conflict and wars. If you happen to come across such areas, you can reach out to us, and we’ll see to it.

A very detailed email will do. In most cases, you should be able to get through to us via our customer care line. We are quite receptive to calls and would want to hear from you.

There are numerous benefits of having a GHO in your community. But in a nutshell, GHO promotessharing of inter-NGO information as well as coordination. This invariablyenhances situational/environmental awareness and promotes humanitarian access.

Yes. GHO is a recognized signatory to the most global NGOs. And we are deeply committed to upholding humanitarian principles as they happen to be the reason GHO was founded.

GHO isn’t a governmental body. Hence we don’t answer to any governmental agency. In this regard, we don’t provide information to the government, media or armed groups.

GHO is funded by humanitarian donors who are passionately committed to our goal.

No. GHO is an independent NGO that functions on its own. We do not need a host. However, sometimes we partner with other NGOs at the donor’s request.

Timelines vary significantly as regards different countries depending on local registration requirements. The quickest so far has been 4 weeks, and the longest has been 6 months.

We only face similar issues as other NGOs trying to operate in the same context. We uphold very high levels of transparency in our operations and relationships. Plus, we have been able to register in every country we operate legally.
